Nothing unusual considering that it was against this team a few years ago where the Rangers scored a walk-off where on strike three with two outs the ball got away from the catcher and the runner who had been on first scored when the catcher threw the ball away. Probably the only time in major league history that's ever happened.

Just a really gutless way for the Rangers to win. After the game the Mariner players need to run out there and break up their celebration. Seriously, DO IT.

Not a fan of Rzepabet either but he was pitching effectively, really fooling the batters and giving Freitas a real tough workout.
I think the Freitas passed ball on the K was borderline wild pitch.

Either way, watch the M's come back in the bottom of the inning and win it............unless DeShields hits a grand slam :|

...........or Altavillian BB's a runner home.

I've seen little league teams finish games better than this

Servais is putting on a clinic in how to destroy your bullpen... and the rest of the team with it...
Accepting this kind of baseball is on the Mariner organization and it's fans... I prefer not to go thru this humiliation on national television..

Why is that even allowed? A strikeout should count as a f'n out when strike 3 immediately happens. Such a stupid rule.

Think of it like not requiring the 1B to catch the ball at first as long as the throw beats the runner.

No choice for that now. This performance will live in infamy.

To be fair we have looked almost as bad in many national broadcasts for a long time now. Really nothing too new.

Seager with a powerful, deep, meaningless home run.
Now if Healy, Gamel, Heredia, Romine can all score we got a tie. Freitas bashes one over the fence then and maybe a win
