You have got to be s******g me! Why? Do they expect him to NOW be all that and a ham sandwich too? Well, it's their money, but they could give me that money and get the same results!

Do we now get "Deer in the Headlights Bobble Head Night?"

I look forward to the impending announcement that Jeff Clement will be the backup catcher

JD went after Figgins first but he is now working at a Verizon store in some Mall and he couldn't get out of his non compete clause that doesn't all him to work at places like Sprint and T-Mobile. I know, terrible timing on the name change from Safeco.

My brother just noted that Figgins played for us like he had a non compete clause so maybe that was the problem. The Angels probably told him he was still under one.

I think this sums it up well. The girl represents the fan base reimagining the roster and the future. You should be able to figure out who the boy represents.....

I'm all for it. I got nothing against bringing depth on board from a former golden boy. If ever, this would be the year to do it.

I don't understand all the angst. Ackley had a lot of promise maybe he puts it together this year. We did have kinda the same type of player in Gordon Beckam the last few years. These types kinda remind me of the grizzled vet daddy mentor figure in old baseball movies.

The angst is the same when it’s revealed that Ichiro could be on the team beyond Japan..........

A waste of space, When this team should be getting younger and giving playing time to someone who will contribute when we are reimagined
