[quote="D-Trains"Ha! Softy's second tweet basically the same as my post, close to verbatim.

dt[/quote]

That, and a good majority of the responses to his tweet as well

In addition to not wanting a Key rebuild, but the LQA residents don't want neither the NBA nor NHL there as well: https://twitter.com/ChrisDaniels5/statu ... 6792792064

I could have been knocked down by a feather when I saw that

Chris Hansen to be on Softy's show tomorrow at 3: https://twitter.com/Softykjr/status/832053448136749057

It should be a very interesting segment. I am curious to see what Chris has to say in response to all of the attention the Key is getting nowadays.

Whoa, Russell Wilson, Wally Walker, and Chris Hansen himself meet CM Lorena Gonzalez today: https://twitter.com/DangeRussWilson/sta ... 3653214209

If there is anybody from the SCC "no" voters that would flip, it would be her. It still doesn't guarantee that she will but its good that the Sodo Arena team met up with her. I am hoping they meet with the rest of the SCC as well.

Wow, RW laying it on thick! lol

Thoughtful. Intelligent. Caring. Passionate. Loving. Thank you Seattle Councilmember Lorena Gonzalez for spending such precious moments with my partners for the #SodoArena. Our engaging discussion about how we make our community better from men to women to young boys & girls was truly so inspirational. We are grateful to have such an amazing leader in you. Together we can change our community for all Genders, Races, & Socioeconomic statuses. #LoveIsTheWay

I couldn't listen to Softy's interview with Chris Hansen until today. It's definitely worthwhile to hear what Chris had to say: http://sportsradiokjr.iheart.com/onair/ ... -15570605/

The POS had a meeting in December to discuss the Key Arena Redevelopment: https://twitter.com/AaronQ13Fox/status/ ... 5780642816

Apparently, they came up with the catch phrase, "Key Up Seattle", in which one of the commentators likened it to "key up [your] ex's car". Brilliant

Of course, this meeting occurred before the s**t hit the fan (aka their recent scandal). I do wonder if the consultants they hired were paid with our tax dollars.
